Acquisition processes (buyer’s side):
- FG/A conducts a market survey aimed at identifying the potential acquisition opportunities in the market in which the client operates, offering total support in all stages of the acquisition process.
- FG/A offers advisory services in all stages of the process starting with a discussion of the potential strategic alliances / joint ventures or mergers that might aggregate value to the client’s business, from the joint discussion of both companies’ business plans to the formalization of the contracts that will govern the new business model.
